For organisations

Training that changes what happens on Monday

Hearing-loss responsive communication, cross-cultural practice, and working in remote settings — for health, education and justice organisations across the Territory.

Much of what gets read as not listening, not caring or not cooperating is simply someone not hearing. Training people to notice that is often the cheapest change a service can make.

  • Health services and remote clinics
  • Schools and education staff
  • Police, courts and youth justice
  • Disability and community organisations
  • Workplaces new to the Territory
Getting started

You do not need it worked out before you ring

Most people who come here are not unwell in any sense they would recognise. They are worn out, worried, not sleeping, or having a hard time with work or family.

  • You can ring and ask questions without booking anything.
  • You do not need a diagnosis, and you do not need a referral to be seen.
  • You can bring someone with you.
  • You can have an interpreter, at no cost to you.
  • “I do not really know, but something is not right” is a good place to start.
